PetFirst Healthcare if offering new policies to prospective and current policyholders. The biggest change is offering policies that cover chronic and hereditary conditions for the lifetime of the pet without having to purchase this coverage as an extra benefit. This should make PetFirst more competitive with some of the newer companies.
